This group is for teens in Secondary School years 7 - 12 who are interested in connecting with peers while playing Nintendo Switch and board games.
This group will provide teens in Secondary School year levels 7 - 12 with the opportunity to order food from local cafes and spend time playing games on the Nintendo Switch and board games. This group provides the opportunity to interact with similar aged teens, practise meeting new people, develop conversational skills, and place a food order in a supported environment with Beyond Speech Clinicians (Speech Pathologist and Therapy Assistant). Location TBC.

This group will run for 3 sessions from Tuesday April 15th to Thursday April 17th, 2025 at 12:00 pm -1:30 pm. Places are limited to 8 teens.

The cost per child for the 3 session program is $525.
​
Please note: This group does not teach a social skills curriculum. A short summary will be sent via email in the week following the group sessions.
No Medicare rebate is available. For Self Managed and Plan Managed clients, an invoice will be issued for you to claim funds from your NDIS plan. Please discuss eligibility for reimbursement directly with NDIS or your plan manager. Please note: Beyond Speech is not liable for any declined reimbursements from NDIS.

Refunds are not available for cancellations or non-attendance to any session.

Note: Only children in the grades specified will be admitted to each group. Registration is subject to approval by clinical staff at Beyond Speech.
